Advance Notice
Cancel or reschedule free of charge outside the cancellation window. Your deposit moves with you.
Free Reschedule
One free reschedule is allowed with advance notice. The deposit applies to your new booking.
Late Cancellation
Cancelling within the cutoff window results in deposit forfeiture or a fee to the card on file.
No-Show
Missing your appointment without notice forfeits the deposit or incurs a full no-show fee.
Policy Terms & Conditions
Free cancellation or 1 reschedule up to 24 hours before appointment; late cancellation or no-show forfeits 30% deposit or incurs card fee.
Appointments at or above $150 require a 30% deposit to secure your booking. Appointments under $150 require a card on file with no upfront charge.
You may cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your appointment start time. 1 reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours notice, and your deposit transfers to the new date.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment forfeit the deposit or will be charged a 50% fee to the card on file.
No-shows forfeit the deposit or will be charged 100% of the service price to the card on file.
If the salon needs to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully transferred or refunded.
