Cancellation Policy

We strive to stay on schedule for all our clients. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment.

• Up to 15 minutes late: Your service may be shortened to fit the remaining time
• 15-30 minutes late: We may need to modify your service or reschedule
• 30+ minutes late: Your appointment will be considered a no-show

A valid credit or debit card is required to book appointments. Your card will be securely stored.

• Services under $150: No deposit required, card on file only
• Services $150-$500: 10% deposit at booking
• Services over $500: 15% deposit at booking
• PMU Services: $100-$150 non-refundable deposit

Deposits are applied to your final service cost and are non-refundable within the cancellation window.

We understand life happens. You may reschedule your appointment under the following conditions:

• 24-48+ hours notice: Reschedule for free, deposit transfers to new date
• Within 24 hours: Late reschedule fee applies (see table above)
• Within 4 hours: Treated as late cancellation, 50% of no-show fee
• Same-day no-notice: Treated as no-show, full fee applies

Note: Late reschedule fee is deducted from your final service cost if you complete the rescheduled appointment.

To protect our stylists' time and ensure availability for all clients:

• 2nd no-show: 50% pre-payment required for future bookings
• 3rd no-show: Full pre-payment required for all future services
• 4+ no-shows: We reserve the right to decline future appointments

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your appointment due to stylist illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.

• We will notify you as soon as possible
• Your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred
• We will prioritize rescheduling you at your earliest convenience
• A complimentary add-on service may be offered for the inconvenience
