Deposit Policy

  • Deposits are required at the time of booking to secure your appointment
  • Deposit amounts vary by service type (10-50% of estimated total)
  • Your deposit is applied to your final payment - you only pay the remaining balance
  • Card information is securely stored via Square for deposit and final payment processing

Refund Policy

  • 24+ hours notice: Full deposit refund or transfer to new appointment
  • Less than 24 hours: Deposit may be forfeited (see Cancellation Policy)
  • No-show: Deposit forfeited, additional no-show fee may apply
  • Service issues: Contact us within 48 hours for resolution

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Pricing & Add-Ons

  • All prices are displayed at booking and confirmed before service begins
  • Add-on services can be requested and priced during your appointment
  • Complex services (color correction, extensive work) may require consultation for accurate pricing
  • Gratuity is not included in service prices and is appreciated but not required

Card on File Policy

  • A valid card must be on file to complete your booking
  • Your card is used for deposit processing and may be charged for no-shows or late cancellations
  • Card information is securely encrypted and stored by Square
  • You may update your card information anytime through your account or by contacting us

Late Arrival Policy

  • Up to 10 minutes: Full service provided, schedule permitting
  • 10-15 minutes: Service may be modified to fit remaining time
  • 15+ minutes: Appointment may need to be rescheduled, fees may apply
