Payment Policy

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit Cards
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Zelle

Card on File

All appointments require a valid credit or debit card on file. Your card will be securely stored and will only be charged in the following cases:

  • No-show without prior notice
  • Late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice)
  • Services requiring a deposit

Deposits

A deposit is required for services over $500:

  • Services over $500: 10% deposit required at booking

Deposits are applied to your final service cost. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if cancelled with 24+ hours notice.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • 24+ hours notice: Full deposit refund or transfer to new appointment
  • Less than 24 hours: Deposit forfeited
  • No-show: Full service charge may apply for future bookings

Late Arrivals

We strive to stay on schedule for all our clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or modify your service to fit the remaining time.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation based on:

  • Hair length and thickness
  • Service complexity
  • Products required
  • Time needed

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in our service prices but is always appreciated. Tips can be given directly to your service provider in cash or added to your card payment.
