Vizavi Beauty (VIZAVI LASHES LLC) provides beauty services including nail care, eyelash extensions, hair services, and related retail products at our salon located at 3250 NE 1st Ave, Office 303, Miami, FL 33137. By booking an appointment or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Appointments and Payments
Appointments are subject to our cancellation policy and payment policy. Prices are subject to change; the price confirmed at booking applies to that appointment.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Vizavi Beauty. Two types of messages may be sent, with separate consent:
- Transactional messages — appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related notifications.
- Promotional messages — offers and updates, sent only if you provide separate express consent (e.g., by checking the marketing opt-in box).
When you opt in, we will send you a message to confirm your signup. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
